Job Descriptions:
The client wants to welcome an Accounts Payable Associate to help us scale our payables and expense management processes and support our tremendous growth. This role presents an enticing opportunity to join our dynamic team. The company in its early stages, helps set up the overall operations and procedures, and ensure reporting requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures by processing outgoing payments accurately.
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
- Conduct regular reviews of the accounts payable ledger to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all bill and payment postings.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in vendor accounts and monthly statements promptly.
- Facilitate timely payment of invoices by sending reminders and communicating with clients as necessary.
- Create comprehensive reports detailing the status of accounts payable and associated transactions.
- Understand expense accounts and cost centers.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in bookkeeping or Accounts Payable associate-related roles
- Strong Knowledge of Various Accounting Software (Quickbooks Online) is preferable.
- Highly attentive to details and accuracy.
- Can work effectively under deadlines.
- Shows eagerness to acquire knowledge and develop new skills.
- Skilled in data entry and has an inclination towards managing numerical data.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in customer service role preferred
- Adaptable to changing work schedules, including night and weekend shifts.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
